Recycled Can VW Camper Van. Each van is unique as it is hand made from recycled tin cans using a modelling technique called "Kapoaka". Each piece of aluminium is hand folded and cut. It is then soldered together to create an amazingly detailed replica classic VW Campervan.

As these camper vans are made from recycled old drinks cans, beer cans or air freshener cans each one will have a different design and colour. Eco fair trade gift. These ornaments are made by a Madagascan cooperative employing impoverished Kapoaka artisans who, with the profits generated by these workshops, have been able to improve their houses, purchase good quality fields and have established pig breeding farms to boost and maintain the local economy. Things which they would never have been able to do otherwise.

Please note although these replica vans are great for older children they are for decoration only and are not a toy. Beware of sharp edges and small parts. They are not suitable for young children.
