Standard Delivery from £1.25
We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible; usually within 2 working days and we advise you to allow a further 2-3 days from dispatch to delivery, however this does sometimes increase during busy periods. There may currently also be delays due to the impact of Covid-19.
Standard delivery orders are sent via Royal Mail. Larger items may be sent by courier. We will contact you with tracking details. If you haven't received your order, please allow 7 working days before contacting us.
UK Next Day Delivery £8.95
Please place your order before 2pm (Monday to Thursday) to get your order sooner. Any Next Day delivery orders placed after 2pm Monday to Thursday will take an additional day to arrive. Next Day delivery orders placed before 2pm on a Friday will arrive the following Monday. Orders placed over the weekend will arrive on the following Tuesday.
Next Day delivery orders are sent via DPD and a signature will be required to confirm receipt of your order.
Please note that delivery times will be affected over bank holiday periods and an additional day may be added to the dispatch time.

Click and Collect Option
Collect your order from our shop in Swan Yard Cirencester at a time to suit you. Place your order online as normal and select Click and Collect from the delivery options drop down menu when you check out.
Pay In Store. If you would prefer to view your items before you complete your purchase we also offer the option to pay in store. Please select check out and choose manual payment as your payment option. You will receive an email when your items are ready in store. Items will be held for 48 hours only.

These Terms and Conditions will be part of the contract between the customer and Regali Con Amore Ltd, trading as Con Amore. Regali Con Amore Ltd is registered in England & Wales, company no. 11891601.
1. Contract of Sale
All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. When you place an order to purchase a product, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order, with the details of your order. The final acceptance of your order will be complete at the time we send you a Dispatch Confirmation email. Any products from the order, not confirmed in the invoice enclosed with the Dispatch Confirmation email, have not been purchased and paid for.
The ownership remains with Regali Con Amore Ltd until the complete payment of the order has been made.
2. Prices, Availability & Promotions
All prices are given in Pound Sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time. The prices do not include delivery charges which are added to your order at checkout.
Although we try to ensure that all prices displayed on our website are accurate, errors may sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will consider the incorrectly priced item as cancelled.
All displayed products are subject to availability - we do display real time stock information on our website, however we also take orders offline and so we cannot always guarantee availability of items particularly when stock is low. You may still order out of stock products subject to availability with our supplier - you will not be charged for these until we dispatch them.
You can only use one promotion code per order. Note that some codes may only be valid for certain items and the majority of codes will have an expiry date. In situations where a free gift or bundle are applicable, we are only able to fulfill while stocks last.
Please note the terms and conditions of each promotion may vary, so make sure you check when you receive any codes. From time to time, we may give you a promotion that you can use to reduce the price of specified products or to redeem a free gift. Remember, it’s up to you to enter the code at checkout!
If you receive a unique promotion code that is meant just for you please keep it secret and don’t let anyone else use it or abuse it. If we think there is or has been a misuse of a promo code in any way, we will cancel your promotion code and/or suspend or even close your account.
3. Delivery Charges
Orders will be subject to usual VAT charges.
Delivery cost is £4.95 for orders under £50 within UK mainland, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland (£6.95 for orders over 2kg) . We offer FREE delivery within UK mainland for orders over £50
4. Payment Terms
Full payment must be received for your order before it is dispatched. While every effort is made to send complete orders, we reserve the right to make part deliveries.

6. Display on the Website
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearances, colours, textures or finishes of our products that appear on the website. What you see will depend on your monitor and computer equipment, we are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise.
All products are sold as one piece and the price displayed is for one unit, unless otherwise stated in the product name that the product is a set and contains multiple pieces.
This website uses two kinds of cookies - these are small files that are stored on your computer or mobile device as you browse certain web pages - most websites use some kind of cookie data in order to work properly.

Items which are damaged, faulty, incorrect or simply unwanted must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
If you change your mind about an item, the initial postage and packing charge, and any further costs incurred in returning the item, is non-refundable. Please return the item together with your returns slip and we will process the refund/exchange within 72 hours.
If your item is faulty, damaged or not as expected, please contact us first, either by email on or call us on +44 (0)1285 641356 (Tuesday to Friday from 10am to 5.30pm), and state your order number, the product which is at fault, and the issue. If you do need to return the product in this instance, we will refund the postage charge.

Please note that in order to have postage costs refunded, the parcel must be returned only by standard delivery. We advise you to keep the postage receipt until you receive your refund if applicable.
Please note that when returning any item/s that are part of a Special Offer, the discount will no longer be applicable, and your refund amount will be subject to these terms.
